Terms of Use

These terms apply to All Set Checklists and allsetchecklists.com, operated by Timothy Hess. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the iPhone app; if these terms conflict with it, the Standard EULA controls for the app.
Free features and optional subscription
ALL FEATURES ARE FREE. Use the app without an account. The free version will include only occasional, dismissible ads for other apps by the same developer. An optional subscription removes all ads and automatic signup reminders in all of our apps on your iPhone. No subscription is needed for app functionality. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase.
Important information
All Set Checklists helps you build and tick off checklists. Lists, templates and suggestions are general starting points, so please adjust them to your own trip or task. Always check important items yourself, including passports, visas, tickets and medicines, and check the current rules of your airline, destination and security authorities, which change often. Reminders and notifications depend on iOS settings such as Focus and Low Power Mode and may be delayed or silenced, so please don't rely on them alone for anything time-critical like medication doses or departures. Your lists are stored on your device, and in your private iCloud if you turn on sync; deleting the app without iCloud sync removes them, so keep a copy of lists that matter.
- Checklists and suggestions are general; you're responsible for making sure you have what you need.
- Always check the latest airline, security, customs, visa and entry rules yourself; the app doesn't track them.
- Reminders can be delayed or silenced by iOS settings (Focus, Low Power Mode, notification permissions); don't rely on them alone for medication or departures.
- Deleting the app, or a list, without iCloud sync can't be undone; keep a copy of important lists.
- Shared or synced lists can be changed by anyone who has access.
Templates, suggestions and reminders are for convenience only. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for missed, forgotten or incorrect items, or for missed reminders.
Travel requirements (for example, liquids, batteries, medicines, visas and entry rules) are set by airlines and authorities and change often; please check official sources.
Keep your own copy of important information; we can't recover lists deleted from your device if sync was off.
The optional ad-free plan renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Every feature works without an account or payment. Creating an optional account requires being 18 or older.
Promotions inside the app are only for our own apps and never use your health, photo, screen-time or list data.
Our apps work together
One optional account for all our apps. Our apps (Offline Streak, WatchHRV, RollSorted, FastKept, Breathe for Five., All Set Checklists and Stick to Plan) share one optional account. Signing in with the same email or Apple ID in another of our apps uses the same account, so you won't be asked to confirm your age again. Deleting your account deletes it, and its online backups, in all of our apps. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple account settings.
Ad-free in every app. An ad-free subscription bought in any one of our apps removes ads in all of our apps installed on the same iPhone. Our other apps learn the subscription's current end date when the app you bought it in is opened. If you don't open that app for a while after a renewal, ads may reappear in our other apps until you open it or tap Restore Purchases there. For the best experience, sign in to your optional account: your ad-free subscription then follows your account to all of our apps and to your other devices.
Six or more of our apps. With six or more of our apps installed on the same iPhone, the in-app promotion for our apps stops appearing. This does not unlock any features, because every feature in all of our apps is already free. We may change this in the future and will update these terms if we do.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.

Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
